For the third year in a row Kineton High School & Sixth Form has won the award for ‘Most Raised by a School’ in this year’s Karcher Accumulator Challenge. Our total of £1950.50 beat 16 other schools to make us champion fundraisers. All of the proceeds raised from the Challenge goes to the Katharine House Hospice in Banbury. The money was raised through our annual Enterprise Christmas Craft Fair. The students worked in tutor groups to come up with a concept for their stall, design and produce the goods and then ran the stalls on the evening. As a school we have signed the Warwickshire employability charter and this activity is a fantastic example of how our students are developing their employability skills.
